Thank you for shopping with us. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through our store. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

UK Orders — Returns & Exchanges

Your Right to Return

UK customers are entitled to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

       Unused and in their original condition

       In original packaging where applicable

       Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@dropkickart.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different print, size, or design, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

 

International Orders

Due to the high cost and complexity of international return shipping, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom.

 

However, if your international order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. In such cases, we will assess the issue and may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

       A replacement item sent at no additional cost

       A partial or full refund

       Store credit

 

We take great care in packaging every order to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If damage occurs, please retain all packaging materials as these may be required for any postal claims.

 

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

All custom and commissioned artwork orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By placing a commission or custom order, you agree to the following:

 

       Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.

       Deposits paid for commissions are non-refundable in all circumstances.

       Final payments are due upon completion and are non-refundable once the artwork has been delivered digitally or dispatched physically.

       Minor variations in colour may occur between digital previews and printed or physical products — these do not constitute a fault.

 

We will work closely with you throughout the commission process to ensure you are happy with the direction of the work before it is finalised. 

 

If you believe your commission does not match the agreed specification, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and supporting evidence. We will review all concerns fairly, but we are not obligated to provide refunds or replacements outside of clear errors on our part.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If any item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

       Custom or commissioned artwork (as detailed above)

       Items returned outside of the 14-day window

       International orders (unless damaged or faulty — see above)
